Croeso and welcome to our Foundation Phase class page! 

Reminders:

• Please can all children bring a piece of fruit for snack (or dry cereal if fruit is an issue), and a water bottle every day. Children will have access to milk in class. 

• Children need to bring a coat daily. We are outside in any weather. You might want to send in a pair of wellies if your child is a puddle-jumper! 

• Younger children should keep a spare set of clothes in their bag daily or bring in a bag to keep in school. Please make sure this bag is labelled clearly. If your child does need to borrow some clothes from school, please can these be washed and returned as soon as possible. 

• Please label your child’s belongings, including water bottles, snack pots, bags, jumpers and coats. 

Reading 

If your child brings home a reading book, or sound/word cards, please practice these daily. These need to be returned every Monday – but feel free to bring them to school as soon as they are finished, we are happy to change them more regularly!

Dojo 

As most of you will already know, we use Class Dojo to communicate with parents. Please feel free to send us a message if you have any questions, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. We will be posting pictures here regularly, and keeping you updated through the ‘class story’.
